I don't believe you can tell the body where to burn fat.

Also, the biggest muscles in your body are located in your legs. It takes a lot of effort to train legs. So you're going to advise him...

Not that the judges pay close attention to calves but I feel like it would complete his physique a lot more. It's not that they are small it's just his quads are so dam big.
