I didn't want to lift 5 days a week so I could have time to recover. I figure with all the mma training that it would hinder my recovery.

Yea, thats why I included that I had a 30+ inch to begin with.

When I was a junior in HS I was about 6'3 170. My reach was 8'2.

I started doing this workout my sophomore year. The day AFTER I started it is the first time I dunked. I'm not saying that I dunked...

Well, with the sandbag stuff I wanted to do circuit training. That way I could do the same weight for everything and completely cut out time between sets.

Shouldering (3 x 8-10)
Good Mornings (3 x 8-10)
Zercher Squats (3 x 8-10)

Tuesday- Weights + Cardio

Couture was an Olympic alternate in 88, 92, and 96. I'm not sure of Coleman's credentials, so I won't say anything bad about him.

What makes you think Randy can take him down?
