    for protein eat eat eat "bodybuild bars" u get em at boots

    each bar has 150 kcals, 3 gram of fat, 20 grams of protein, 7 grams of carb

    2 weetabix= 200 kcals
    2 eggs=200 kcals
    500ml of milk= 500 kcals

    lunch:
    rice n chicken-300 kcals
