good goals so far. It's good to see I am not the only one who has troubles with injuries.
A few benefits -
* First it is giving my shoulder a break from not doing low bar. SSB puts of strain on the shoulder

I bought mine from EliteFTS and contacted them with a similar issue. They passed my info to mark bell's wife who ended up sending me a new one.

For me I have a few of them :
* I would like to break into the 1700s in the 220 raw with wraps division
* Complete in 2 meets in 2015
* Qualify for RUM in 2016
* Not get hurt as I am old
These sucked and started to burn. Since I was in prep so long I lost some shoulder strength from not doing this movement. Once I get some volume in these will get better.
