i would say go with the rogues in either the 1/2 or 3/4. i use the romaleo 2 and they have a 3/4 and they feel perfect for me. it makes it so easy to get the right depth.

tuesday- sled sprints/crossfit style metcon
wednesday- bench
thursday- squat
friday- rest
saturday- olympic lifts and the cube bodybuilding day
sunday- rest

On the last set of deads do you take a quick break to re-grip or when you take your hands off the bar does that mean you're done?
