I'm beginning to carb deplete this week. Cut my carbs quite a bit and doing glycogen depletion workouts. Would it be best to discontinue my glycergrow 2?
Same here. I cut out my vitargo and whey isolates. Normally keep my BCAA's and pre workout in :)
Why would you cut it out approaching a show? I'm 2 1/2 weeks out and won't cut mine out.
I'm guessing from the artificial sweetners?
BTW - went to your ig. you look great.
The tub itself says 4 scoops a day so that would only be 1 more scoop than recommended.
Did anyone see the experiment the guy on here did with the xtend?

1 pre workout
1 post workout/during cardio

I was looking through experiments done with xtend in the past and I am thinking about trying this for about 3 weeks and seeing what results will yield. Keep in mind I am dieting done for a show.

Sadly, most competitors don't have fruit in their prep diets period.

Can you list the advantages of using the new Oxi mega reds while already using orange triad + greens and fish oil? I want a reason to keep it in my 365 day supplement list. :)
I personally know of a few Ifbb pros that use them and swear by them (not via social media sites) but hey everybody has their own opinion
Look at the big picture. Nutrition first, training second, supps last. I could look great without supplements (anyone could) BUT I feel like supplements do help you with the very last bit...
