Thanks guys. I finally got back to doing something today.

I was doing good until this week. Things at worked popped up and other stuff was put to the back burner. Hopefully I'll get back on track this weekend.

Nothing to add. Just catching up a bit and subbin. Kids look great.

Nothing much to report except that I have consistently done something (treadmill, pushups, DB rows, stairs, etc) for the last 2 weeks.
