8x15 lb swings @ 40 lbs
10x10 hip thrusts @ 135

Yeah that's how I usually train, slow on the neg w/a hold and power up. Again the leg press was just having some fun, my only point was if it could move it at all it showed I was strong :) I did not...

In theory I agree :) I added other stuff as accessory work when the big lifts didn't give me results i wanted. And yes when I'm trying to grow I eat :)

Hip thrusts, glute bridges, step ups, kg swings, reverse hypers, slrdls.....
