I currently take animal pak once per day and animal cuts twice per day as directed but thats like 30 pills total do i need to take milk thistle or something? or not take those supplements..?
Mon / Tue / Wed touch on all muscle groups: 4 sets for 12 to 15 reps per set (lighter)
Thurs / Fri / Sat touch on all muscle groups: 3 sets 6 to 8 reps (heavy)
