What causes knees to come in early on sumo? Usually even before I break the bar off the floor they will come in (with 90%+)
do most people do them in that order when doing all 3 in 1 workout? or would you squat then deadlift then bench? thanks!

i can do more low bar with a pause then i can high bar no pause. i got 30 pounds more and i think i even had more in me. i have been focusing on a lot of high bar pause squats and beltless work...

i have ran it before so i went with my true max.
on 5s week i got 8 reps on squat, 7 on bench, 8 on deadlift, 8 on OHP
on 3s week i got 5 reps on squat, 4 on bench, 5 on deadlift, 6 on OHP

should you always do the deload week? or if you are feeling fine just restart with +5 lbs on your max?

i am currently doing 5-3-1 and just finished a deload week and came into the gym to hit 385x5+ on squats.
last time i did 375x6 rpe 9 so i felt i had this easy.
got 385x3 and it just felt...
its time for me to get a new pair of knee sleeves. i currently use large SBDs but they don't fit as tight and are pretty worn down.
which knee sleeve do you prefer?
i know some guys take the entire week off. the dup program i was running before had me go in monday and wednesday and do light triples in all 3 lifts.
