My birthday!
Gave myself a gift of dreadmill sprints. 6 x 30 secs @ 8.1mph with fast walking in between. Sooo slow but .1 mph faster...

Soooo, I worked out, went away for a week, worked out some more after, then moved on Sunday to my newwww school and new place of home for the year. New gym too :eek:
Oh and I have no kitchen cause...
haha, done a plate for reps already..thing of the past :P i'm actually not feeling like I want to build up my legs anymore right now.. they are big enough for now :o
