yes, I usually do 2-3 for smaller muscle groups and 3-4 on larger ones. But it all depends what program I'm doing; example 5x5, 10x10 etc.

Isn't progressive resistance the key to any consistent program, whether powerlifting or bodybuilding? I dont understand how you "plan" your workouts?

I thought plyometrics turned out to be kinda pseudoscience? Hard on the joints too.
