meal 1:
natty pb on 2 pieces of ww bread
1 scoop of whey
1 medium apple
snack:
string cheese
lunch:
low sodium turkey on ww bread
1 slice of cheese
1 scoop on chocolate whey
1 serving of plain oats
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
