alright, also do you know any ways to help cover up my ribs that stick out at the bottom? Its genetic I think but are there any muscles I can specifically work on in order to get them less prominent?

alright thanks, i'm taking Ultramaxx protein right now, its about 20g a scoop but it says to only take 1-3 scoops a day? should I just disregard that and take more anyways?
