ei fellow endos, i started working out 5 months ago i went down from 25% bodyfat to 13%(yea i jump right to cutting when i started lifting)
now i decided to bulk now i wanna ask you how much surplus...
just be in calorie mantainance thats all you have to do to maintain
if you rich yea, but ill rather have lean protein to save money
same as bulking but lesser

i guess u aint eating enough calories, add 100-500 calories to your maintenance and see dem gainz

its not just the discipline, it has lots of health benefits too and i use it personally just for convenience makes my life much easier don't have to worry about my next serving of chicken breast
clean bulk man if u don't wanna get fat, you can gain 7-9 pounds in 3 months about 6-7 are muscles and 2-3 pounds are fat takes a month to cut 2-3 pounds if you do it perfectly
