I know that weight loss isnt.

So if i gain about 1lb a month now with 4000 calories.. would i still gain 1lb a month after maybe 5months? or will it slow down and eventually hit a plateau.

yeah man! ive calculated my TDEE. Its around 2700-2900. Ive already bumped my calories to 2000 today. This goes for a week. Then add another 200 every week until i reach around 2800. Ill take it slow...
