I drink from the fountain between sets just enough to keep me hydrated. I use the walk to the water fountain to be part of the minute that I rest between sets.
I've been taking tumeric capsules every day to help fight cancer along with brocolli. I didn't know it would have a benefit with my workouts. Good to know.
