GL with the bulk. How much did you increase your calories?
Your chiro sounds like full of crap. Ever concidered paying physio instead of chiro. Price is about the same or even cheaper (atleast where I live).
Mike got the point spot on! And now and then focus on more eccentric hamstring work. Helped me a ton developing much stronger hammies.
Damn, a pint of BnJ costs like 13 dollars here. Sad! Ever thoughte gping to physio instead of chiro
You pretty much answered it. I would like to try UD2, but I play sports 3 times a week and I need to perform pretty much 6 days a week (incl. gym)
I sure am cheesecake addict. I am making my cheesecakes from cottage cheese to be honest and they are high in P (ca 300g per cake) and 3x less fat in them. Taste is pretty much the same. I am blessed...
Thanks! Looks awsome. Going to run it when I can go to the gym 4 times a week again. Restricted to 3 due to sports
More info about the program?
So in and loving your videos!
Holy protein! Doing PSMF right now and not eating 300g P on my training days. Do you think doing UD have any benefits compared to eating basically the same ammounts every day?
You on that reverse dieting train? I once had a muscle cramp in my ant. serratus. Felt horrible
Any progress pics?
Are you doing fasted WO after rest days?
Great job on the weight drop. Did you lower your cals or just refeed "magic"?
My typical refeeds start with huge bowl of oatmeal with strawberry jam and later followed up by huge pasta/rice dish. And then cereal to top it off :)
Wut, I am 5 lbs lighter than you atm :D Feels fat
If I recall correctly, it was Lyle's recommendation for guys below 15% bodyfat to start incorporating weekly refeeds on the second week of dieting hitting atleast maintainance calories of the day.
Why not do PSMF? Same possible benefits with no harm on muscle and other tissues.
Sick pulling, mate. Are you doing dead stop DL's or start pulling few inches before it hits the floor?
