    Do as royalt4 said, test the waters and if something is amiss, stop or take an anti-e such as 6oxo to combat the gyno.

    Definitely do-able. I went up about 9-10 pounds in 3.5 weeks on 6 squirts 2xday. I finish my one+ cycle this friday hopefully at 11-12 pounds from where I started.

    3 more days to go, I may need to take it an extra day since I missed 2-3 (12-18 squirts) dosings over the past week.
