    You are just doing interval training. Since your weight is 173lbs I wouldnt say you are overweight for your height so I suggest to elevate the pace a bit :)

    There is life beyond weight lifting even if some of you think there is not.

    BTW sprinting also gets you massive calves...

    lol seriously you can't lose 10lbs in 1 week, most probably you were low in water and glycogen so that weight was "unrealistic" :)
