If he was say wanting to cut; would he need the 68g of fat rather than higher (total bw amount), or should he stick to the higher and just reduce his total...

2g/kg = 154g pro = 616cal
0.5g/lb = 85g fat = 765cal...
isn't muscle size primarily determined by bone size ?
