As stated, stick to the higher fat lower carbs route. Easier to hit total cals and your body will thank you as most people do not consume enough daily fat.

I eat my oats 1 way and 1 way only: Quick oats in whole milk/ almond milk with about 1/3 tub of Super Chunky PB with honey. Cold. 2 times a day. Love it.

PB&J is my fave. Cookies n Cream is good too but PB&J just hits the spot. I eat them as snacks, I'm not a big "right after workout" guy.
