    In my experience, even with a strict diet and exercise regime, its not going to be easy to lose fat and only fat.

    You say you're 'quite fat' and yet your stats say you are 5' 7" and 147lbs (10.5 stone).

    Unless you have zero muscle then you can't really be that fat.
