workout A- done on monday and thursday
workout B- done on tuesday and...

i put on 15 a month on the 5x5, you just dont think this could do it, o well

wat about the back work, do you think its too much

thats a lot of volume, you might overtrain doin that
and ur gonna have to do alot more cardio to lose that much weight
