read somewhere it was better to burn cals on empty stomach, something along the lines of glycogen being low and once you start running it directly targets the fat
Is it ok to drink a protein shake (2 scoops with water , 340 cals) with a plain bagel after a workout + 40mins of cardio?
I work out at night and the post workout meal is my last meal of the day...
change up your work out, i know after a while ill work out on monday, chest for example. then won't be sore til wednesday, delayed soreness.. but I would say change up workout, new exercises new...
