I've owned this bench and that is a fair price for something you want/need. It's a quality bench. Stable, fairly compact, reasonable height, easy to adjust and move, etc. Pad is on the narrow side...

It is great for squats, bench, and even seated overhead press. I'm picking up a second one to eliminate the need to transfer between racks.
