if anything else, drinking extra water the few days before to flush out your body's fluids would have a more noticeable effect than cutting carbs (that and cutting sodium)
first off it's jif... secondly it's peanut* butter... third... this is really not that big a deal breaker, eating jif or skippy won't make you fat any more than eating organic will, please stop...
imho, a hard session of cardio is as tough on the muscles as a lifting session, so the same treatment should be given to both... post w/o carbs and protein
this has probably been beaten to death, but 2 bananas + 1 cup oats + 3 tbsp pb + 4 scoops whey baked @ 350 for 10 mins is a ridiculously tasty/simple bar to make in a 7x10 pan
