eccentric would be say the opposite movement but trying to stop it from going down?
would each rep count as a concentric rep? ie doing 12 reps normally wouldn't doing eccentric as well be like doing...
do an abc split with 6 days a day should be max 30-40 minutes for workout?
why? well becuse only the first muscles you work improve the most and the more work you do the more cortisol is released...
