Pro Complex is an okay protein blend, nothing special. Better ones are CNP Pro Peptide, SAN Infusion and Ultra Peptide.

You'll be much better off with couple of Caffeine tablets than this Noxplode junk. To me it's essentially Maltodextrin + Caffeine
