Well, I think it's all in my head then and I'm just conscious about my arms when I don't need to be. I'll keep up with my current program then with a full body workout and focus on some fat loss....

I have uneven proportions of fat in my body. A large proportion is in my arms and I don't want them to get any bigger. Is it bad to just tone with light weight on my upper body and build on my lower...

The butt blaster machine at my gym is good for isolating if you do it right... I get a good butt burn with it... specially on the BUTT... on my days where I'm not really 'training' but mostly cardio...

And I'm shooting to lose some fat, probably about ... 8-10lbs max
