Just keep doing what you`re doing,if progress plateuas,add more ccasrdio or tweak the diet......not too tough really,just monitor things closely.

Hey,congrats man...I did the Mr. Buffalo last year and won the Over-50 under 176 pound class and got third in the Over-35.

Great physique,tons of potential...good luck and listen to one experienced competitor, and one only.....too many opinions going into a big contest such as this will only confuse you.
It all depends on what you look like in contest condition.
I`ve seen plenty of guys at 5'8" or so but I have also seen more shorter guys as well competing at Middles.

First meal has almost no protein content at all......eat 5-6 whole eggs or 10 egg whites.
You`ll neverr gain much size on tuna and shakes......eat more lean beef,pasta,skim milk,fruit in the early...
Taking them with a protein source is the best way IMO.
See a doctor.....no one here can tell you that!
High rep leg training will help speed up your metabolism if it is sluggish,and slow it down a bit if it is fast.................that being said it`s a good idea,and IMO,you shouldn`t do cardio on leg...

It more than likely took you many years to get that fat in the first place,and it`ll take a good amount of time for you to get really lean.
You have done a great job in losing weight thus far,but...
