2" thick rubber lifting platform sitting on 1/2" rubber mats. Pulled 635 in the gym once 4 years ago but I didn't quite lock it out.

Had a better squat than DL until a few years ago. Hip, back, and knee issues killed my squat. Knee and back are OK now, hip not so much. I hit 475 last year, and 425 last weekend. ...
I pulled 615 four years ago at age 52. Last year pulled 575 at age 56 Pulled 545 a few times in the last few months.

LOLWUT? By best DL ever was 615 and that was 6 years ago in a competition. I think anything over 500 is pretty good for a dude in his 50's, and I am almost 57.
