Ok I will pull some carbs and fat from the high fat and see if that will help! Thanks! I have been considering adding a 20-30 minute cardio session in before work to see if I can increase activity...
So I have been carb cycling since April and it has been going fantastic until about 5 weeks ago when I completely stalled and I have been stuck in the same 1-1.5lb range and same measurements since...
Feeling good, changed up the workout strategy to a push, pull, leg day session and added cardio 3 days a week. This week was a push so no loss and no gain. Still feeling good and moving forward....
226.0 even this week. Haven't been able to make it to the gym the past two days but plan on hitting it hard this weekend. Diet is going well no real troubles. Keep up the awesome work everyone!!!
Started meal prepping again this week along with carb cycling. I found through my last round of cutting that pulling carbs for a few days helps me stay more consistent. Good luck to all!

My mind is seriously blown by this whole concept. I have been doing 6 meals a day since probably 2006 because i always feared that missing a meal or not hitting the protein window every 3 hours was...
I guess because i thought that i was doing it wrong by doing it that way, also because a lot of times if I am not thinking about it i will go 6 or so hours without eating.
I completely agree! I guess my biggest thing is i have just been struggling to stay on meal schedules/timing as well as eating right while on the road (Mostly these are day trips that are 6-8 hours...
I saw that coming, i just mean less fat so that i can cut weight. I am not saying I am cutting out healthy fats or cutting out all fats completely. I just dont want to stop and grab a double whopper...
Mainly just not fast food or stuff like that. A lot of time I will get into a situation where i have to hit a drive through or something like that due to time constrains or not being able to get...
