    Trap bar deadlift vs Olympic bar deadlift

    So all the olympic bars were taken the other day at my gym and it was deadlift time so I went with the trap bar for the first time. To my surprise, I really liked it.

    Because simply it is a freeweight movement without the all the pulley's and whatnot from the pulldown machine. It is also a much more natural movemenet for your body.
