    CRITIQUE my CHEST workout!!!

    i work my chest every sunday just once a week. heres my routine:

    week 1:
    Bench - 90% of 1RP 5sets/3reps
    Flat DB press - 3sets/5reps (by the 5th rep im maxed out)
    Incline DB press - 3sets/8reps...
