How much cardio do you guys do while cutting?? I am an endomorph so I tend to hold weight easily. I currently do 30 min 5 times a week after my workout.

not in this case..... I know your working for allmax so ur opinons are gunna be bias but you can get isolate from costco which is sourced for newzeland and manufactured in canada for half the price....

I agree with you.. You did make progress. Your pictures are evident of that. I would continue to bulk. Progress and your lifting weather it be weight or reps and you will see results.
