You should try full body or upper/lower or etc..
But stick with it for a bit and compare your results.
I noticed full body and upper/lower worked the best for me.
The note 2 is big. I bought the S3.
Great phone, but I hate the battery life. My old blackberry 8320 got ~4-5 days on standby with charge which is 2x longer than S3
How long have you been doing presses for? Maybe your triceps or shoulders take over the movement. When I do incline for example I do not feel it in my chest at all (only in the shoulders).
