So I have this weight watchers digital scale from Wal-mart (or target)...
It measures body fat as well as weight.
well my body fat is always 19.5-21.5%
Now I know I am not a "sexy abs"...

What I will normally do is pre workout 1 scoop protein (26g), creatine, glutamine...
Post workout 2 scoops protein (52), creatine,...
My choice is based out of price at this point.
I use Body Fortress chocolate protein mix.
I get it from Target or wal-Mart and it is not a lot of $$$
It also taste pretty good when mixed...
