That's what I was doing but wasn't getting the results I was looking for. I find it difficult to gain muscle without gaining fat, and dropping fat without dropping muscle.
I admit that it is somewhat effective but I'm not sure it's any more effective than just cutting calories. That said, it kinda sucks to always be drained and feeling like crap.
