I'm still doing the 4 day squat - bench - squat/dead - bench program cycling through 5x5, 5x3, 4x6, 4x2, 5x4 for 2 and a half weeks then adding weight for the identical 2nd half of the 5 weeks....
Thanks mate. His tips are good, but as you know, it takes around 1000 reps to ingrain technique, so every session feels different. Learning all the time and hopefully it comes together soon.
