I recently(6 months ago) started doing lat raises on the incline bench. laying on my side at a 45 degree angle. Give it a go and see how it works for ya'....
+1 on the roller. Great forearm exercise. Two great ways to use it. Holding it out in front of you at chest level and standing above it(stand between two chairs) and roll it up as your arms hang down.
So I've combined biceps with back for a few years now. Anyone have better gains doing this? I usually do back before biceps as well. Is there another combo out there that works well for you guys?...
