I found the taste to be pretty tolerable when mixed with plain milk. The taste lets you know its working :)

Sorry for the wording, I was saying 4 caps would be equivalent to 1 scoop, so twice daily, this would be 8 caps=2 scoops, just comparing the serving sizes.

This is what I have always heard. I believe the recommendation is to take it with grape juice, or water. I have no facts to back this up though, sorry.

I love the Animal Pak. Great multivitamin regardless of age, I just take one pack a day instead of 2. Not under 3 pills, but the extra few pills are worth it IMO.
