Google tunedsports and/or phf supplements and you might have some luck. But it'd be handy to know what your diet and training are like, plus what supplements you've taken or on right now.

You don't need to be taking GH at your age, only things you need right now are protein, creatine, a multivitamin, and fish oil. Don't be lazy and look for shortcuts by taking something you don't know...
