You do not need to cycle creatine. You can take it year round. Creatine is an excellent strength builder when used in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. I will be on creatine forever

Almost finished with my bulk. Currently 6' 254 lbs, 17%bf. I have about 4 more weeks of bulking... hoping to hit 265... then I will try to cut down to 250.
