Yes sadly. I've been taking 2 a day even on off days and 3 scoops throughout last week. Except this past weekend. I wanted to max squat and bench so I saved it for those days lol.

not very serious but once I saw a guy doing db bench and he finished his set, stood up, and passed out face first into the dumbbell rack..
I have the same thing.. I just do a bicep, then another workout, and back to bicep. It minimizes my pain.
What workouts usually hurt it the worst?
