when your deadlift is 415, you dont need to worry about def/rack/block pulls. focus on improving your form and strength on regular deadlifts. Especially weighing 240lbs.

depending on alot of factors, start with 1x a week and gradually increase to 2x then 3x, etc. Also, there are more ways to improve conditioning than just sprints.
