I was having the same issue, took about 2 weeks off and started up again. As good as new! Also, try 1MR I thought that was pretty comparable to jack3d. Crash afterwards was pretty bad though...IMO

How much creatine did you take? And did you use pill or powder? I'm going to start back up on weight gainer (probably CytoGain or Monster Mass) and looking into a creatine...possibly the AMP 189...
