Squats (w or w/o dumbbells), dips [on couches, in between chairs], sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups (if you can find something to do them on), curls, tricep extensions, lat raises, etc.

I personally think that being low in carbs and NOT being in ketosis is just asking for trouble. Since your body hasn't switched to the usage of ketones, you're just begging to feel like ****.
