I like them both. Nectar has a bigger selection. I think WPI only has like two flavors so if you want a good selection of flavors then Nectar would be my choice.

Twisted Cherry has to be one of the best tasting protiens I have ever had. I have tried quite a few and have never found anything that tasted that good. But I would expect nothing else with Nectar.

I don't think they are worth the cost they want for it. They may work and may be ok supplments but not for the price they want.

EC stack is the cheapest around by far. Fyre has gotten some good feed back as well so I would go with one of those. If you are low on cash I would do the EC stack if you have the extra cash then...

A good weight gainer would be a good supplement to start with. I would go with Cytogainer. Other than that go to the nutrition section and search for a good clean bulking diet.

Nectar, Substance WPI and GF pro are all good protiens to choose from.

I agree, the flavor is right on the money. I wish I could have gone to the O to get samples of all the great stuff.

The best thing to do is get a gram scale they are not that expensive and they are really nice if you buy alot of bulk supplements

Champion is a good Whey protien that is of good quality and is cheap as well. I like the Strawberry flavor my self. If you want flavor recommendation.

Amp, Stim X, Fyre, Hotrox are all good fat burners to look into.

Storm is a good choice you get a quality product at a great price.

NO shotgun sounds good as does Animal pump I would go with one of those if I was you.
