    Bf%: very hard to judge but maybe 14-15% (Hard to tell due to low muscle mass lanky etc)

    I grew a little bit, bones obviously got thicker...

    I grew a little bit, bones obviously got thicker etc due to puberty Gained a bit of fat yet looked much less visible

    But i agree man frequency is great
